Pre-registration & Registration

Submission Guidelines:
Proposals must be submitted on the Ludovia registration platform. Between 1,500 and 3,500 characters, they should include a summary of the communication, the status and titles of the author(s), and the related scientific section. The summary should, if possible, outline the theme, context, methodology, research field (if applicable), and references. A full article may be submitted instead of a summary.

Pre-register online at the 2025 edition website
1. Fill out the registration form fields
2. Select the "I apply" option for the "SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE" program
3. Complete the biography in a few lines + link to a photo
4. Access the conference application document via My Konnect
5. Submit your application file to the organization's Dropbox

Proposals can be submitted until April 30, 2025.

Call for candidates:

Are you a local authority or part of a consortium that includes Local Authority(ies), Academies, institutions, industries, or publishers? Apply for the 2024 favorites.

10 pre-selected territorial projects will be invited to present their actions during Session 1 of the seminar on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in Ax-les-Thermes.

🗓️ The selection procedure will take place from May 22 to July 7, 2024.

LUDOVIA will be "partly" offered in a "Hybrid" mode; some sessions will be streamed online and available to registered participants in both "Live" and "Replay" modes.
